‘Tis the season for chili cook-offs, and I’ve got a great recipe for you to try! It is a FAVORITE in my family!
Taco Soup
1 lb ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 can tomato paste
1 packet taco seasoning
1 Tbsp minced onions
For serving:
Tortilla chips
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove or in a crock pot, and let simmer on low heat then keep warm. Serve and top each bowl with sour cream, shredded cheese, and crumpled tortilla chips. Yum!
