I’ve made a mindset shift lately as I do household chores. I work gently, paying attention to the details. And it fills my heart with gratitude as I recognize how blessed I am to have all these clothes, all this food and dishes to eat it off of, these toys that bring my children joy, this home, this LIFE.
And when my pelvis starts to ache, I’m grateful for the strength I had to do as much as I did.
Bringing mindfulness to everyday living is a powerful exercise that makes life in general more joyful. I’m feeling grateful and peaceful this morning.
